An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well-regarded independent estate agency in Maidenhead.
This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone looking to progress their career in residential lettings.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Negotiating lettings deals and managing the end-to-end process
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Registering applicants and booking viewings
- Conducting property viewings
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Achieving and exceeding targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential estate agency sales or lettings
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Confident, articulate, and well-presented
- Local knowledge of Maidenhead area preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
- Professional, self-motivated, and positive attitude
