Part-Time Branch Sales Advisor – Tile Giant Crewe

Love retail? Love helping people bring their design ideas to life? Tile Giant Crewe is looking for an energetic Part-Time Branch Sales Advisor to join our team. You'll be the face of our store, welcoming customers, offering expert advice, keeping the store looking great, and making every visit memorable.

Why this role is exciting

No two days are the same You'll welcome retail and trade customers, advise on our products, support with stock and deliveries, and help keep the store beautifully presented. With full training provided, you'll quickly become a Tile Giant expert, confident in inspiring customers and making their projects a success.

What you'll do:

  • Serve retail and trade customers with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Advise on products, demonstrating their uses and benefits
  • Replenish stock and take deliveries
  • Maintain high standards in-store presentation
  • Follow Health & Safety policies to keep yourself and others safe

Who you are:

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Warm, approachable, and friendly
  • Able to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Flexible, independent, and willing to work weekends/bank holidays
  • Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks up to 25kg
  • Eager to learn about our products and share your knowledge with customers

What we offer:

  • Up to £15,280 (FTE £24,193) + store bonus scheme (avg. £2,000/year)
  • Team commission for extra earnings each month
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing training
  • 30 days' annual leave (pro-rata) + birthday off
