As we expand globally, reMarkable is looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for our Marketing, Branding, E-Commerce, and Reseller teams. In this role, you will be central in shaping how we engage with external partners unlocking brand growth, securing value and minimizing risk.

Your responsibilities will include

Lead strategic sourcing across marketing categories: digital, creative, media, and more

Negotiate and manage complex contracts, including IP, data protection, and usage rights

Build and maintain an agile, high-performing preferred supplier ecosystem

Act as a strategic advisor to Marketing, Branding, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams

Align sourcing efforts with business objectives, regulatory needs, and budgetary priorities

Co-create a centralized sourcing framework with category roadmaps and process governance

Champion risk-aware, scalable, and value-driven sourcing initiatives

Optimized Marketing Spend: Strategic sourcing drives cost efficiency and unlocks stronger ROI across campaigns and partnerships.

Top-Tier Supplier Performance: Vendors consistently meet KPIs, and contract renewals are seamless and value-driven.

To thrive as a Sourcing Manager at reMarkable, you will need a sharp commercial instinct, strategic depth, and the ability to operate seamlessly in fast-evolving and ambiguous environments. You know how to prioritize for impact and move ideas into action.

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and qualifications:

Proven sourcing expertise across diverse categories

Strategic leadership in marketing sourcing: digital, creative, media, and beyond

Hands-on negotiation experience with both digital and traditional marketing vendors

Deep operational knowledge of marketing operations such as, workflows and spend dynamics

Strong command of IP, usage rights, and licensing in marketing context

Ability to design scalable sourcing models that balance governance, flexibility, and growth

Track record of building high-value relationships with external partners

Confidence influencing cross-functional teams and aligning sourcing with business goals

University degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or a related discipline

Additionally, you will stand out if you have:

Global Experience: Hands-on sourcing in international markets, especially within fast-paced tech environments.

Startup Mentality: A track record of navigating dynamic, high-growth settings in startups, scaleups, or organizations undergoing rapid transformation.

Cross-Border Expertise: Deep understanding of supplier scalability and the intricacies of cross-border sourcing and contract management.
