About us
Everycare Rugby & Warwickshire is a family run home care company who have been working in Rugby for the past 16 years.
We have a very friendly and supportive management team who truly care and cherish relationships with all our carers as part of the family and our service users.
Community Care Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide and assist with daily activities including personal care and support to our service users in their homes
- Assist with meal preparation
- Administer/support with medications
- Assist with mobility and transfers
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Assist in the community with shopping, GP appointments and trips out in general
Provide companionship and emotional support to our service users
Hours:
Part time Time hours
Attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential
- Compassionate, empathetic and and patient nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently under guidance from the Management team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
- Ability to pass a background check
It is a genuine occupational requirement for some of the people we employ to be female to support people with their personal care. We therefore welcome applications from females for the position of Care Worker as permitted under Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
