As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly, confident and outgoing Sales Executive to join our team in Sussex.

This is a hands-on, on-the-road role where you'll:

  • Help grow our customer base by introducing new businesses to our award-winning designer flowers using our soft, consultative sales approach.
  • Build great relationships with clients and ensure they love the service we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field based role developing new business using our proven selling structure and process.
  • Generating leads and acquiring new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Participating in networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related activities to expand the company's reach and visibility.
  • Representing Floral Image with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm, embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence in all interactions.
  • Servicing our current customer base.
  • Look to increase the penetration of Floral Image within the existing customer base by gaining multiple unit placements wherever possible.
  • Completing daily admin - including updating customer information, sales figures and responding to queries by email and phone.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Clean Drivers License
  • 3 years+ Sales / Customer Relations Experience
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Service territory - Sussex & surrounding area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
