Tremark Associates offer a wide range of investigation services to some of the country's largest law firms, local councils, and financial institutions.
The company has been in business for nearly three decades with fantastic staff retention and a close-knit team of 18.
Tremark Associates' growing Leeds office now requires an energetic and professional individual. Previous experience managing a portfolio of accounts, liaising with high-profile clients and working to tight deadlines is desirable, but not essential.
Reporting directly to the Process Serving Manager, the Trainee Investigations Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships as well as using new and existing contacts to generate new and repeat instructions.
You will work as part of a team to achieve the company's financial goals and quality objectives.
You must be proactive, have excellent communication skills and a first-rate telephone manner. This is a full-time (37.5 hours over 5 days per week) appointment with potential hybrid options for the right candidate once the probation period is complete.
Role Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in managing accounts for appointed solicitors and other clients, building strong and trusting relationships.
- Help project-manage clients' cases from instruction to completion, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered within agreed timescales.
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide clear, articulate updates and reports via telephone, email and written correspondence.
- Problem-solve client issues, offering solutions and excellent customer service.
- Ensure all Quality Management processes are adhered to.
- Ensure that correct authorised agents are appointed and given clear instructions of the job requirements.
- Maintain the CRM for each instruction received to retain an accurate history of all actions taken.
- Answer incoming calls, record details of new sales enquiries, and convert these into new instructions where possible.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant services where appropriate.

Essential skills
- Some experience of managing client relationships (professional or academic) is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced and supportive team environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary £24,000 (OTE - £26,400+)
