At The Outdoors School, we believe the best learning happens outside. We're seeking a passionate Enrichment Specialist to inspire learners through hands-on, outdoor education while fostering creativity, resilience, and personal growth.

About You

You're enthusiastic, adaptable, and experienced in engaging learners with diverse needs, including SEMH, ASD, and PDA. You're a team player who thrives in a dynamic, outdoor environment and prioritises safeguarding and safety in every activity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Outdoor Adventures: Supervise, demonstrate, and instruct groups in a range of offsite activities, from crafting and music to adventurous challenges and environmental education.
  • Promote Safety: Conduct dynamic risk assessments to ensure safe and engaging learning experiences.
  • Create Learning Opportunities: Deliver curriculum-aligned projects and hands-on experiences tailored to individual learners' needs.
  • Foster Growth: Promote social development, resilience, and self-advocacy among learners.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to plan, deliver, and evaluate activities.
  • Safeguarding Commitment: Uphold our strong safeguarding practices to ensure every learner's safety and well-being.
