You'll work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that our facilities are always pristine, welcoming, and ready for our guests to enjoy.

Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)

  • Assist in all aspects of housekeeping to ensure the spa and guest areas are kept to the highest standards, including cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, beauty treatment cubicles, public areas, and service rooms.
  • Operate laundry equipment to ensure linens are cleaned, pressed, and ready for use.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring luxury items are placed in the correct rooms and addressing any additional needs or requirements.
  • Support Housekeepers with daily duties, including handling breakfast paperwork, assisting with guest requests, and managing any other ad hoc tasks.
  • Maintain an organised, efficient work environment to ensure the smooth running of housekeeping operations.

Skills Required:

  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, as you'll be supporting a range of tasks within the department.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • A friendly and approachable manner, with a focus on delivering excellent guest service.

Hours of Work:

  • 31 hours per week - worked on a rota basis between the hours of 07.00am and 10.00pm including alternate weekends.
  • Typical shifts could be 7am - 3pm, 10.15am - 7.15pm, 1.30pm - 10pm, 4pm - 9/10pm.

Salary:

  • £12.56 per hour
