Job Advert – Marketing Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)

Location: Remote (ideally within reasonable travel distance to Leicester)

Working Pattern: Hybrid / Remote

Reports To: Group Head of Marketing & Communications

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Phenna Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse group of companies, helping to shape and deliver marketing initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand reputation, and bring our story to life.

You'll be involved in everything from campaign delivery and digital marketing to event coordination and content creation — a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of marketing plans across Phenna Group and its businesses.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Manage social media activity, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Coordinate industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to support business growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Provide marketing support to teams across the group, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Liaise with media contacts and support award submissions to boost visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role (generalist background preferred).
  • B2B marketing experience would be an advantage.
  • Confident using MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Cloud experience beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused approach.
  • No formal qualifications required — we value experience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
