As a Trainee Forklift Driver at Albert Bartlett, you will work alongside experienced team members and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the flow of materials and products throughout our facility.
Responsibilities- Receive training on the safe operation of forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading products and materials as directed.
- Support inventory management by organizing and relocating stock safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and operational goals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics and safety practices.
Requirements
- No previous experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving products.
- Flexible availability to work different shifts as needed.
