Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a healthcare environment, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Days and hours of shifts are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6am-9am. 9 hours per week but additional hours may be available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per company standards.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while adhering to schedules.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Uniform and training will be provided, along with a DBS Check prior to starting.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
