The purpose of the role is to operate within the PAM division supporting site and delivering M&E PPM and associated remedial works as well as reactive works as per site requests.Day to Daycompliance with agreed-upon terms and service level agreements Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.Carry out PPM and reactive works both in and out of hours (normal working hours 08:30 – 17:00)Procure materials in coordination with the Lead Engineer or Assistant Contract Delivery ManagerBe available to attend or manage critical call outs and provide written reports as required including preparing the basis of the quotes for the remedial works required.Ensure the annual testing of your tools and equipment are kept up to date.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract delivery.Ensure you comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Assist in production of quotes as required.Completion of PPM works and reporting.Utilise facilities management software complete and load worksheets immediately after job completion on the day.Skills & QualificationsA minimum of City & Guilds qualifications electrical qualification18th EditionElectrical Testing & Inspection DesirableA good knowledge of electrical servicesSound level of administration and organisational skillsAbility to develop a good understanding of the customers' business requirementsInitiativeProactive approach to all tasks undertakenHigh standard of workmanshipConscientiousTeam playerReliabilityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to providing a high-quality service and willing to work flexiblyWork overtime when requiredMechanical experience desirable but not essentialSound knowledge of Tablet applicationsExperience working with the commercial settingThere is no call out Rota with this position however you will be expected to work OOH/ weekend from time to time to supervise teams carrying out Fan Coil Maintenance and other essential maintenance.  The on-call requirement may change in the future.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package• Opportunities for professional development, training and career growth within Integral• Collaborative and innovative work environmentLocation: On-site –Bristol, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table If you require any changes to the application process, please email or call +44 (0) to contact one of our team members to discuss how to best support you throughout the process.
