• Collaboration and partnership: Building and maintaining effective partnerships and collaborations with other agencies, community organizations, and stakeholders working with children and families. This includes networking, attending meetings, and fostering positive relationships to enhance service provision.
• Budgeting and resource management: Managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of available funding and assets to achieve desired outcomes.
• Policy development and compliance: Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines related to child welfare and services. Developing and implementing local policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
• Safeguarding and risk management: Ensuring the safety and well-being of children by implementing robust safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and appropriate interventions when necessary.
• Training and professional development: Identifying training needs and supporting the professional development of staff, enabling them to deliver high-quality services and stay updated with best practices
