P Louise Café is a unique and vibrant dining experience brought to you by the P Louise brand, known for creativity, flair, and unforgettable customer experiences. We're expanding our team and are looking for a talented Pizza Chef to join us at our brand-new Trafford Centre location.
The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and passionate Pizza Chef to help craft delicious, high-quality pizzas that our customers will love. You'll play a key role in delivering consistency, creativity, and speed in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of pizzas to a high standard
- Assisting with menu development and contributing new ideas
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with food hygiene standards
- Managing stock levels and minimising waste
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared to order with attention to detail and presentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of dough preparation, pizza ovens, and ingredient handling
- Passion for food and a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
- Must be available to complete training at our Stockport location prior to opening
