We are seeking enthusiastic Baristas and Catering Assistants to join our team at Warwick Castle.

Catering Assistants - You will be serving customers with a range of hot foods, including Hog Roast, Hot Dogs, jacket potatoes.

Barista - You'll be crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and deliver exceptional customer service, with the opportunity to refine their skills.

The Event runs from 22/11/25 until 4/1/26

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies.
  • Accurately take customer orders and serve them promptly.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring equipment and utensils are properly cleaned.
  • Assist with cooking and serving hot food items.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Upsell products and suggest menu items based on customer preferences.
  • Handle transactions using the till, processing both cash and card payments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple orders.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
  • Basic math skills for accurate handling of cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.50-£12.21 per hour
