Financial Crime Officer

Currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Financial Services firm, who are looking to bring in a 2nd line financial crime professional to their London team. You will be responsible for acting as a point of escalation for KYC queries and issues, as well as taking a lead in ongoing process development and implementation. This is an opportunity to join a small team, where you will be given significant autonomy and the chance to take ownership of the financial crime framework.
Key Experience
- Previous experience working within the financial crime function at a financial services firm, ideally either banking or trading
- Good knowledge of KYC processes for institutional clients
- Good understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape
- Experience of developing process improvements within financial crime
- Autonomous worker with good stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous experience in working in a Global firm would be highly beneficial
