We are looking for a Senior Support Worker and a Support Worker with a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary – £ £13.90 per hour, reviewed annually

Driving Requirement

Due to the nature of the role and the individual's needs, we require staff members who are able to drive.

Who We Are Looking For:

Senior Support Worker and Support Workers (depending on experience)
Experience as a Support Worker in a learning disability or complex needs setting
Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference

About the Role:

As our Senior/Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They love outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining, and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.

Flexible & Engaging Work Pattern:

36 hours per week across 5 shifts
Rotating Monday–Sunday schedule
A mix of early and late shifts, tailored to best support the individual's needs
