In this role you'll be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of our clients' premises to the highest levels. You will ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are followed as per company policies and procedures which will include accident reporting / investigation.
As an Aston Services Group mobile cleaning operative, You will provide the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client.

·Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc. To be successful in the post, we are looking for a Cleaning operative who will ensure the provision of a high standard of cleaning. As well as their own cleaning responsibilities they will ensure cleaning undertaken meets.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning operative at Newgate Shopping Centre in Bishop Auckland.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in cleaning and/or cleaning management role within the commercial sector or similar customer focused service role is desired, however, full training and support is offered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of the floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms areas.
- ordering of consumables, updating the stock management system and also the distribution to cleaning cupboards.
- You will come into regular contact with customers/clients so it is important that you can assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels.
About You:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days.
- Good attention to detail is required.

With plenty of overtime always available the rest of the week - if required
Rate of Pay : £12.71 per hour
