Kennedys is looking for an Associate to work in our fast-growing catastrophic injury team in London or our regional offices. This role involves managing high-value catastrophic injury cases, including motor, employer, and public liability claims.

Team

Our Serious and Catastrophic Injury team is top-ranked in the major legal directories, has relationships with most of the major insurers, and is renowned for our unique and innovative approach.

We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

Required Experience

  • 0-2 years experience in a catastrophic injury role*
  • Proven experience in defendant claims handling, including any combination of motor, employer liability, and public liability.
  • Experience in assisting on large cases within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
