We are seeking a Nursery Manager to lead our team at the Durham area. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of childcare, and fostering a positive environment for children and staff alike.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare and educational services.
  • Develop and implement policies that promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

  • Support staff development through training and mentorship.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a nursery or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities in English.
  • Knowledge of childcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
