This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our super ambitious Chatham team that's passionate about vaping. Our aim is to help and educate people, converting each one of the 1.1 billion smokers into vapers in order to help improve their health and help them save money.

Evapo is a multi-channel business hub in the growing vape industry. We want to shape and professionalise the industry in the UK whilst extending and establishing our own retail and e-commerce outlets. We have over 35 stores in the UK, Gibraltar and Germany and in a time where retail is struggling, we continue to grow

Alongside vaping, Evapo also offers a selection of CBD products. Helping bring the natural power of hemp into daily life, our CBD range delivers a spectrum of benefits, including pain relief, aiding sleep, decreasing anxiety and improving brain activity. 

As part of our store team, you'll support customers and help them to provide a solution to aid them to stop smoking and do everything you can to make their journey the best it can be. You will be quick to get to the heart of every customer's needs: whether it's making sure their favourite juice is in stock, to giving advice to someone that knows nothing about vaping. You will be able to find solutions that fit their requirements brilliantly. You are the sort of person who will go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service, if you're a quick learner and a team player, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements

  • Bubbly and outgoing
  • Be passionate about vaping - Essential
  • Customer focused; interact with and advise customers in a professional and confident manner
  • Ability to engage and inspire customers through questioning and listening skills
  • Flexibility to work store trading hours including weekends, and work in alternative locations if required.
  • Confident in handling payments
  • Able to contribute towards store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets
  • Work well in a team but able to use own initiative when and where required for the smooth running of the shop floor.
