This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Housing Senior Support Consultant in [United Kingdom].

The Housing Senior Support Consultant will act as a trusted advisor for customers, providing expert guidance and resolving complex technical challenges. This role blends problem-solving, technical support, and proactive service delivery to ensure smooth operation of housing systems. You will work closely with a collaborative team to troubleshoot issues, manage databases, and optimize system performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and application support to customers using housing systems.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in line with SLAs.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable workarounds and system fixes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support guides.
  • Deliver proactive support services, including ITIL Problem Management.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services, enhancements, or solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and managing database content.
  • Experience supporting web-based applications and housing systems.
  • Understanding of service delivery within defined SLAs and ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent customer relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with NEC Housing systems is highly desirable.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, UNIX Solaris, APIs, Business Objects, integration tools, ISO 9001 software development principles, and ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and provide proactive support.
  • Right to work and travel within the UK; DBS check may be required depending on the role.
