simultaneously, focusing on high-quality 3D gameplay, cinematic, and modern Unity workflows.

As we expand our game division, we are looking for a
Mid–Senior 3D Unity Game Developer

who can help shape the technical foundation of our upcoming titles.

Role Overview

This role is open to both
Mid-Level

and
Senior-Level

Unity developers.

The scope of responsibility will adapt based on your experience:

  • Mid-Level:

Build gameplay features, integrate 3D assets, and support core systems.
- Senior-Level:

Architect systems, optimize performance, mentor teammates, and guide technical decisions.

You will have direct influence on the gameplay feel, technical quality, and final delivery of our in-development games.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)

  • Develop
    3D gameplay systems

(movement, interactions, camera, physics, UI).
- Integrate and optimize
3D assets, animations, environments, and VFX

.
- Create and polish
UI, menus, and in-game interaction flows

.
- Optimize performance across platforms (profiling, LODs, batching, memory).
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and producers throughout development.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented
C# code

.
- Use Git for version control and team coordination.

Mid-Level Additional Scope

  • Implement gameplay features from concept to final polish.
  • Fix bugs, iterate based on feedback, and improve existing systems.
  • Build small tools or utility scripts when needed.

Senior-Level Additional Scope

  • Lead
    technical architecture

, system design, and project scalability.
- Build complex systems (AI, state machines, interaction frameworks, tools).
- Improve workflows with custom
editor tools

and pipeline enhancements.
- Guide and mentor junior/mid developers, perform code reviews.
- Ensure performance, code quality, and technical consistency across the project.

Required Qualifications
Mid-Level

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Unity + C# experience
  • Completed at least one game or large prototype
  • Strong knowledge of prefabs, ScriptableObjects, animations, and Unity 3D fundamentals
  • Good understanding of lighting, physics, materials, and cameras
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver features independently

Senior-Level

  • 5+ years professional Unity experience
  • Shipped at least 1 commercial 3D game
  • Strong system architecture, performance optimization, and editor tooling experience
  • Deep understanding of animation workflows, rendering pipelines (URP/HDRP)
  • Ability to lead technical decision-making and mentor other developers
