Description
The Real Estate PSL will be:
- Providing expert legal guidance to the Real Estate Transactions team
- Managing and updating standard real estate documents
- Keeping the team informed on relevant legal developments
- Delivering targeted training sessions to enhance team knowledge
- Collaborating closely with Legal Operations and Legal Tech teams
- Driving innovative solutions to improve transaction processes
- Streamlining workflows through legal automation and technology
- Acting as a key knowledge resource across the real estate legal function
Profile
The Real Estate Knowledge Counsel should be / have;
- A solicitor or equivalent with significant experience in real estate
- Skilled in advising on complex real estate transactions
- Experienced in managing and drafting standard legal documents
- Proficient in delivering legal training and updates
- Comfortable working with Legal Tech and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborative and innovative in approach, with strong communication skills
- Ties to Sheffield
