Customer Service Coordinator – Coventry

Location: Coventry

Rate: £21.70 per hour

Contract: 2-month contract

Hours: 24/7 shift-based, including weekends

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients Network Control team as a Customer Service Coordinator on a short-term contract based at their Coventry Head Office.

In this role, you'll help keep our wastewater network running smoothly, managing telemetry systems and responding to real-time operational events to ensure our customers continue to receive reliable service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Monitoring and responding to eSCADA telemetry alarms.
  • Managing asset failures and supporting incident responses across the wastewater network.
  • Proactively managing network performance through telemetry control and alarm management.
  • Working closely with Customer Contact teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain service quality.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Desirable: Understanding of hydraulic operations, wastewater processes, or sewerage networks.
