The role…

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and truly professional Restaurant and Bar Manager to join the Harbar team. As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will have a minimum of 2 years' restaurant experience at supervisory and above, together with excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to help train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.

This role suits someone who has run a busy restaurant and bar operation with a focus on delivering high standards and great guest experiences. You'll be responsible for daily floor management, team motivation, service quality, and working closely with the kitchen teams to ensure smooth service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private functions.

We're after a confident leader who's visible on the floor, passionate about hospitality, and able to balance strong service delivery with the commercial side of running a successful operation.
