We are seeking an EMEA + LATAM Demand Planner to support Microsoft Advertising. This role bridges supply and demand, equipping our sales team with product and audience insights for effective marketing solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will align business and client goals, using analytical and collaborative skills to influence business plans and turn them into actionable and enabled sales opportunities.

Responsibilities- Combine data and diverse stakeholder perspectives to determine opportunity areas (including product outcomes) and convert into demand plans informing sales priorities and facilitating advertiser demand generation across the EMEA and LATAM regions.
- Demand activation through collaboration with field sales teams (including through-partner) in the form of demand programs. Including product and feature adoption prioritization; target setting; leading enablement virtual teams; generating energy through programs including sales contests; communicating results/ retrospectives and driving ongoing incremental improvements within the framework of the overarching planning process.
- Drive segment level correction of error efforts. Utilizes insights from customer cases and support tickets to proactively develop and communicate solutions to the product and engineering teams.
- Review and contribute to enablement including tools and training content. Conduct learning sessions/ office hours and creating best practices, enabling teams to expedite customer acceleration and integration.
- Lead ongoing improvement of demand planning, demand program and sales effectiveness through feedback into tool and process development.
- Anticipate, validate and articulate product fit and implementation challenges from sales and customer perspective. Aggregate perspectives across enablement stakeholders and provide back to product/ engineering and be able to proactively develop potential solutions. Relay complex and innovative development opportunities utilizing insights from customer cases and support tickets to proactively develop and communicate solutions to the product and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications (RQs):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
o OR equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with human centered facilitation; design thinking or other methods of building trust with diverse groups to co-create solutions.
