Signature Pharmacy is an award winning pharmacy based in London. We're looking for an operations manager to join our team. We pride ourselves in being a 'concierge pharmacy' working in the private sector and working with some of the leading names in private healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team to ensure optimum output
  • Team training
  • Empowering the team to make decisions
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and procurement
  • Working with the technical team to implement and make changes
  • Working with the customer service team to ensure optimal output
  • Maintaining relationships with clinics and doctors
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Optimising output and reviewing processes

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced operations manager
  • Must have previous experience within healthcare (ideally pharmacy)
  • Experience managing a team
  • Punctuality
