We are looking for a People Business Partner on a 12 month FTC to join our client in Birmingham and play a vital role in providing operational HR support within the business services industry. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to align them with business objectives.

Description

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Work closely with managers to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Profile

A successful People Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in a human resources or business partner role within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrable ability to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and talent management processes.
  • Capability to handle organisational change and drive employee engagement.

Job Offer
