Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and well-kept, contributing to a positive experience for all clients and guests.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and kitchens.
- Handle laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
