About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Communication Trainee to join our team. This full-time, entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop strong communication, customer engagement, and brand representation skills. You will receive hands-on training covering verbal communication, customer interaction, public speaking, brand messaging, and professional presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build confidence, improve communication abilities, and progress within a business-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and clients to deliver clear, positive, and professional communication
  • Learn and apply effective communication strategies, including customer engagement and brand messaging
  • Support brand awareness activities across promotional, event-based, and face-to-face channels
  • Assist with client enquiries and help provide accurate information
  • Participate in training workshops, coaching sessions, and team meetings
  • Help draft basic communication materials and support the team in day-to-day tasks
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer interactions and overall communication quality
  • Represent the company and clients professionally at events, meetings, and promotional activities

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in communication, customer service, or brand engagement
  • Friendly, confident, and eager to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • No previous experience required — full training is provided
  • Any background in customer service, hospitality, performing arts, sales, or public-facing roles is helpful but not essential
