Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
  • Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival at each site.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Valid driving licence is required for travel between locations.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
