Night Front Office Host
Are you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity in our Front Office Night team as a Night Auditor. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. You will also have access to our exclusive benefits and training opportunities
Main Duties-
Ø Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
Ø Promoting a welcoming environment
Ø Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date reports.
Ø Process all payments types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit cards.
Ø Sell a room/accommodation to guest without reservations based on availability
Ø Operate telephone switchboard station, process requests for wake up calls, and advise guests of any messages.
Ø To assist with guests queries, i.e. places of local interest, local travel, facilities, theatres, restaurants, etc.
What do you need to apply?
You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but desirable if you have experience within hospitality. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
