Job Summary

We're looking for reliable, professional self-employed drivers to join 
C15 Transport & Logistics
, a specialist transport partner in the
medical and pharmaceutical sector
.

You'll be responsible for the secure and timely delivery of medical supplies, samples, and equipment to hospitals, pharmacies, and laboratories — representing our brand with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver medical and pharmaceutical items between pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
  • Ensure secure handling of temperature-sensitive or confidential goods.
  • Complete delivery paperwork and obtain electronic proof of delivery (POD) via company systems.
  • Follow strict delivery times and maintain clear communication with the operations team.
  • Ensure cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
  • Represent C15 Transport & Logistics professionally in uniform and customer interactions.
  • Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents immediately.
  • Follow all relevant health & safety and data-protection procedures.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year driving experience (professional delivery experience preferred).
  • Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or specialist courier work is desirable but not essential — full training can be provided.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence with no major endorsements.
  • Confident using smartphones or navigation apps for route management.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy — handling sensitive medical deliveries requires high integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions accurately.

  • Own van (Caddy to Sprinter size accepted)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Hire & Reward insurance
     (mandatory)
  • Goods in Transit
     and 
    Public Liability
     insurance (preferred)
  • Professional and reliable attitude
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive deliveries carefully and securely
  • Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or temperature-controlled transport (preferred)
  • DBS check or willingness to obtain one
