About The Role:

The Crowd are partnering with a growing architecture and interior design studio, renowned for creating exceptional, design-led projects across the luxury residential and commercial sectors, who are seeking a Visual Production Artist to join their team.

This is a key opportunity for a creative visualisation professional with strong Unreal Engine skills to help shape the future of digital storytelling in architecture. You will join a talented team that's pushing beyond traditional rendering to develop immersive, game-engine-driven environments and real-time visual experiences for world-class design projects. Working closely with architects, interior designers, and visualisers, you will bring ideas to life from concept through to delivery, helping the team communicate their work in powerful and innovative new ways.

They offer excellent benefits, a genuinely social and welcoming culture, and strong opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality renders, animations, and immersive visual experiences using Unreal Engine and other visualisation tools
  • Develop real-time VR environments to support client presentations and design exploration
  • Collaborate with designers to integrate architectural intent into visual outputs
  • Optimise models and textures for real-time performance
  • Contribute to the development of the studio's digital visualisation workflows and pipelines
  • Stay ahead of emerging visualisation and game-engine technologies.

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine is crucial (and ideally experience with VR environments)
  • Previous experience working within an architecture or visualisation studio is advantageous
  • Skilled in producing high-quality renders and animations using tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, or Modo.
  • Confident in 3D modelling, with knowledge of Rhino or Revit preferrable
  • Solid understanding of architecture and visualisation processes
  • Passionate about design, storytelling, and digital innovation
  • Keen to learn, experiment, and grow within a collaborative studio environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
