Our 2 Apart-Hotels are based in the heart of London - The Lincoln Suites in Holborn & Stow Away in Waterloo.
Both properties have together 74 suites & studio apartments which come fully equipped with everything our Guests will need to make themselves settle in and feel at home - a comfy bed, an efficiently designed kitchenette and space to unwind as well as laundry facilities on site.

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Duty Manager, you will lead our team on shift to deliver exceptional guest experiences, placing our guest satisfaction at the heart of our team service. You will do this through being a great team leader, motivating and coaching your colleagues to deliver our world of care promise. Above all else you will bring a sense of fun and optimism to your role, helping to maintain a positive atmosphere that exists across our teams.
What you should bring to our team:
• You will possess excellent communication skills.
• Your love for making guests stays memorable.
• Through your past experiences you can demonstrate how you have assisted with the training and developing of a team with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Being proactive and completing tasks efficiently and following up where necessary.
• Proficiency with MEWS preferred but not essential.
