Nursing home in the stoke area of Plymouth recruiting now for a part time Kitchen assistant/cook (up to 20hrs) to join our friendly team.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast/lunch/supper for up to 28 clients, general kitchen duties, maintain a high level of cleanliness, serve tea/coffee etc. and assist clients with their breakfast if required.
Core competencies:
High level of cleanliness, organised, flexible, reliable, with the ability to work as part of a team and have a friendly, caring disposition.
Experience:
Previous cooking experience is required but training in other areas will be provided.
Shifts vary between: 7am - 1pm and 3pm - 7.30pm and includes weekends.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a criminal records check and be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK.
