Job Description
Location:
South Elmsall, Pontefract & Dearne Valley, Rotherham

Start dates:
15th & 22nd September 2025 (temporary until 24th January 2026)

Additional rates:
Weekly overtime 1.3x & rest day working 1.5x

Bonus:
Earn up to 6% of your quarterly salary, paid every 3 months

Salary:

  • Base rate (between the hours 06:00-22:00)

Monday - Friday
£17.36ph,
Saturday
£19.85ph,
Sunday
£22.40ph

  • Night rate (between the hours 22:00-06:00)

Friday Night
: £22.40ph,
Saturday Night
: £25.40ph,
Sunday - Thursday Night
: £19.85ph

Shift patterns:
South Elmsall

  • Mid shift, 4 over 7, 45 hours per week
  • Late shift, 5 over 7, 45 hours per week

Dearne Valley

  • Early shift, 5 over 7, 45 hours per week
  • Late shift, 4 over 7, 38 hours per week

What the role involves
:

You'll be a part of our critical operation transporting clothing and homeware products to our distribution centres and stores in the UK.

Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC.

We are looking for drivers with:

  • Licence requirements Class 1 C+E and CPC card
  • Maximum of 6 points on licence
  • No penalty points/convictions
  • A "Safety First" mindset, where nothing is placed over the safety of yourself, the public or your colleagues.
  • Passion to provide excellent customer service
  • Respect towards colleagues, equipment and product.
