In this role, you'll be on the ground inside newly acquired businesses, leading their transition into the group. You'll handle onboarding, data migration, process setup, and implementation of AI-driven tools while resolving operational blockers in real time. This is a high-travel, high-impact role where you'll work closely with founders and functional leaders to build and execute the integration playbook across the UK. Strong operational, project management and problem-solving experience is essential.

Job Title: Integrations Manager – Birmingham or London (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 – £80, % bonus + share options

What you'll bring

  • 2–6 years' experience in operations, consultancy, project management, integration, or transformation
  • Strong ability to manage multiple work streams at pace
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with people at all levels - from frontline staff to founders
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the UK
  • Structured approach to managing complexity and implementing processes
  • Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-changing environments
  • Experience improving systems, workflows or operational practices (desirable)

What you'll do

  • Lead multiple integration projects end-to-end
  • Own onboarding, data transfer, systems migration and early operational stabilisation
  • Spend 2–4 days per week on-site inside acquired businesses
  • Map workflows, implement new processes and embed the group's ways of working
  • Resolve operational blockers quickly and keep integrations on track
  • Support finance, ops and compliance transitions
  • Build trust with acquired teams and guide them through change
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on AI-driven tools
  • Contribute to and refine the integration playbook

What's on offer

  • A pivotal role in a rapidly scaling, VC-backed organisation
  • High autonomy with direct exposure to founders and senior leaders
  • Hybrid working + extensive UK travel (expenses covered)
  • Clear progression into senior integration leadership
  • A chance to solve real operational problems with technology and AI
  • A supportive environment where your impact is immediately visible
