We're an exciting new restaurant opening in Hall Green, bringing a modern twist to Pan Asian cuisine. Our menu will blend the best flavours from across Asia — from Chinese and Korean influences — served in a stylish, welcoming setting.

We're now looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team from the ground up and help shape the food identity of our brand.

The Role

As our Chef, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating and preparing high-quality Pan Asian dishes with consistency and creativity
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, presentation, and kitchen organisation
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste
  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team to deliver excellence during service
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety and health regulations

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in Asian or Pan Asian cuisine (Thai, Japanese, Chinese, or fusion experience preferred)
  • Is passionate about flavour, presentation, and innovation
  • Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Is reliable, organised, and takes pride in their craft
  • Can work well as part of a new, dynamic team
