European BDM – UV Disinfection Water Treatment

Our client is a fast scaling, quickly developing player in the UV disinfection for industrial and municipal water sector. They are growing a portfolio of advanced UV systems delivering chemical-free, high-performance solutions to the utilities and industries shaping Europe's future.

Our technology is evolving fast. Our team is growing even faster. And now we're looking for a driven, dynamic European Business Development Manager to help accelerate our next stage of expansion.

What the Opportunity offers:

  • Set the pace and push the boundaries of our European sales strategy for UV disinfection.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-energy, high-performance sales team.
  • Win flagship municipal and industrial water projects with utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and end users.
  • Build powerful channel partnerships that multiply our reach across Europe.
  • Influence product development by bringing real market insights directly to our engineering and innovation teams.
  • Take the lead at major industry events, building excitement and brand visibility.
  • Own your forecast, own your region, and own the results.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong track record of success in technical sales ideally UV or other chemical free water disinfection.
  • Experience working with municipal utilities, engineering firms, EPCs, and industrial water customers.
  • The drive to build something big, not just manage what already exists.
  • Leadership experience with remote, multicultural teams.
  • A dynamic, energetic personality with the ability to inspire customers and colleagues alike.
  • Fluent English: additional European languages are a major asset.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 50%).
