NOC Shift Lead – 24/7 Operations
Belfast | 4-on / 4-off rotating days & nights (7–7)We've had a number of brand new NOC roles go live with one of our Belfast based clients who are currently expanding a new NOC function in the location.
As well as hiring a lead they are also hiring for multiple L1 NOC engineers for the team. So if you think you fit but don't have the leadership experience, please feel free to still send in your CV and discuss joining the team.
Join a high-performance Network Operations Centre supporting critical national infrastructure. This role suits a strong technical leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to own the stability of major network services.
What You'll Do
- Lead a shift team ensuring rapid response to alerts and incidents
- Monitor and maintain network performance using enterprise-grade tools
- Take charge of escalations and major incident coordination
- Support field teams with remote diagnostics and configuration checks
- Keep customers informed with clear, proactive communication
- Drive continuous service improvement and SLA excellence
What You Bring
- Experience leading in a NOC, SOC, or similar technical operations setting
- Calm decision-making under pressure and strong incident handling skills
- Great communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and SLA-driven environments
- Eligible for Security Clearance
