We are looking for a Supervisor/ Operations Assistant to join our incredible team

About the Role
We're offering a Supervisor position to a valued team member who embodies our commitment to wellness, innovation, and exceptional client care.
This role is designed to provide leadership and support within our space, acting as a key point of contact for our team when senior management is not present.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a reference point for team members, offering guidance and support when senior management is unavailable.
Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.
Support the maintenance and operation of our biohacking equipment to keep everything running at its best.
Help with stock management, including flagging low levels of supplies to management for re-ordering.
Ensuring the Housekeeping team is on top of their tasks and flagging any issues to senior management, as well as giving them direction on what needs to be actioned.
Identify opportunities to improve procedures and relay staff and client feedback to senior management.
Deepen your understanding of our biohacking and wellness offerings to confidently explain them to clients and colleagues.
Flag any maintenance or facility issues promptly to senior management.
Conduct building walks to spot and address areas needing attention.
Take ownership of space organisation and delegate tasks to colleagues to maintain a calm, welcoming environment.
Front of house Responsabilities
Premises Management:
- Opening and/or closing the premises, ensuring all areas are set up or tidied appropriately.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
- Managing in-house laundry rotation and proactively handling laundry tasks
Facilities Oversight:
- Conducting regular building checks to ensure safety and functionality.
- Arranging studios for various classes, including setup of equipment like reformer beds and yoga mats
Client Services:
- Welcoming clients, handling check-ins, managing bookings, and processing payments
- Guiding clients to biohacking sessions, classes, and changing rooms with a focus on exceptional hospitality.
- Assisting clients with biohacking sessions such as Cryotherapy and Hypoxic Therapy setups
Operations Support:
- Receiving and managing orders, handling petty cash, and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Operating the nutrition bar, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the cafe area
- Restocking retail and nutrition bar areas as needed
Communication and Administration:
- Responding to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wellness or hospitality environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, and adapt to the changing need of the business
- Excellent communication skills and a hospitable demeanour
- Willingness to undergo training for biohacking procedures

Compensation & Commitment
Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Working Hours:
Flexible working hours in shifts of either 7.30am-3.30pm or 1.30pm-9.30pm, accommodating both full-time and part-time schedules.
Weekend availability is required.
