We're on the lookout for a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic Assistant Room Leader to join our Preschool Room. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role where your ideas, passion, and creativity will shine.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who genuinely loves working with children and creating joyful learning experiences.
  • A team player who can support the Room Leader in delivering an inspiring curriculum.
  • Confidence to lead the room in the Room Leader's absence and be a positive role model for children and staff alike.
  • Someone with a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years and experience working in a nursery or preschool setting.
  • A fun, kind-hearted professional who isn't afraid to get messy, be silly, and spark curiosity every day

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of exciting, meaningful learning opportunities.
  • Building strong, nurturing relationships with children, families, and your team.
  • Encouraging independence, exploration, and creativity in every child.
  • Ensuring a safe, stimulating environment that celebrates learning through play.
  • Leading the room confidently when required and supporting team development.

Pay: From £13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42.5 per week
