Global/ EU Internal Communications Manager - Securitas Technology

We are seeking a Global / European Internal Communications Manager who will lead strategic, employee-centred internal communications across our international organisation. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening engagement, clarity, and alignment as we continue our transformation journey. You will help create an environment where colleagues feel informed, inspired, and connected to our purpose, culture, and strategy.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead integrated internal communication strategies for global and European audiences, building understanding, engagement, and alignment across teams.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Transformation teams to co-create communication plans that support key initiatives and drive cultural impact.
- Deliver clear, engaging messages for major programmes—including the People Promise, business transformation updates, leadership communication, and organisational announcements.
- Develop and execute internal campaigns across multiple channels, using thoughtful segmentation to reach the right people with the right message.
- Design and facilitate global Town Halls, leadership broadcasts, and virtual events via Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless delivery and meaningful participation.
- Produce compelling written content, including leadership messages, intranet articles, presentation materials, FAQs, talking points, and communication guides.
- Ensure messaging is consistent with brand standards and supports the One Securitas voice, reflecting our commitment to transparency and employee-centred communication.
- Manage and maintain internal communication databases with HR, ensuring accurate audience lists and effective distribution.
- Update and evolve the Global and EU intranet, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and easy to navigate.
- Use analytics, metrics, and colleague insights to evaluate impact, inform decision-making, and continuously improve communication outcomes.
Education
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in internal communications within global or European organisations.
- Strong track record of designing and delivering multi-channel internal campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Town Hall delivery, intranet platforms, and digital engagement tools.
- Experience working with marketing automation, analytics, and employee database management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Advantageous: experience in the security or technology sector.
