About the job
Within the role of Social worker, you will be responsible for ensuring we continue to provide "Outstanding" support for our children and families, through the support you provide the practitioner within your team.

We have an opportunity for a social worker, you will working with a locality team to work as a working to achieve great and permanent outcomes for children in our care. In the role you will be positively and well supported by a Team Manager and form part of a wider team to support children young people and families within your locality.
