Contract: Term Time Only, 24 hours per week

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

As part of our continued investment in sport, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Rugby Professional Coach to join our thriving PE & Sport Department.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and highly organised rugby professional to support the delivery and development of rugby across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Rugby and the coaching team to deliver high-quality coaching to pupils across a wide range of abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging rugby sessions.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of rugby across all year groups.
  • Support fixtures, training sessions, and school sporting events.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents to ensure high standards of organisation and teamwork.
  • Promote positive relationships, respect, and inclusivity in every aspect of school life.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum RFU/IRB Level 2 coaching qualification (or working towards it).
  • A genuine passion for rugby and player development.
  • Strong understanding of coaching principles suitable for school-aged pupils.
