The Role

This isn't just about cleaning. We need someone who:

  • Works across multiple client sites (variety, not monotony)
  • Covers staff absences (flexibility is key)
  • Takes pride in doing the job properly
  • Thinks about how things could be done better
  • Wants to learn the business, not just do the hours

For the right person, this becomes a supervisor or manager role. We're growing, and we need someone who can grow into more responsibility - training staff, managing sites, liaising with clients.

What You'll Do

  • Clean multiple sites
  • Cover different locations as needed (we'll train you on each site)
  • Maintain high standards across all sites
  • Report issues or problems proactively
  • Build relationships with clients
  • With time: Train new starters, supervise sites, manage schedules

What We Need

Essential:

  • Reliable and flexible (we need you to show up and adapt)
  • Excellent attendance and reliability (small team means we count on each other)
  • Valid driving license and own transport
  • Hard-working with attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and take on more responsibility
  • Basic DBS check (we can arrange)
  • Right to work in the UK

Ideal:

  • Previous cleaning experience (but not essential - we'll train)
  • Customer service experience
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Want to progress, not stay still

What You Get

  • Mileage paid (45p per mile when traveling between sites on same day)
