Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Leicester for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes managing team members, monitoring workflow, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining service standards to enhance our customer's experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Service Management, Customer Service, and Team Coordination
  • Proficient in managing workflow, scheduling, and operational efficiencies
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and service processes
  • Relevant experience and qualifications in automotive services or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or related disciplines is preferred
