Roofing Supervisor

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Roofer Supervisor to join our growing team.

We are recruiting for:

Stonehouse Gloucestershire- Nationwide sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the roofing and solar installation teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in solar roofing, solar PV installation, or roofing supervision.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, solar panel mounting, and electrical safety principles.
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, CSCS, SSSTS, or similar) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site assessments, manage materials, and oversee project timelines.
• Maintain health and safety standards on all job sites.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold performance and quality standards.

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
